Patient safety, clinical excellence and ethical practice are the foundation of every treatment. All treatments are delivered by Jenny Harvey Andrews, Registered General Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber and Level 7 qualified aesthetic practitioner, with over 35 years of medical experience, in accordance with UK medical standards, prescribing regulations and professional codes of practice.
Prescription-Only Medications (POM)
Treatments used to soften expression lines involve prescription-only medication. Under UK law, these can only be prescribed following a full medical consultation and clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. This ensures that:
- The treatment is medically appropriate
- Your medical history is fully reviewed
- Any risks or contraindications are identified
- Treatment is safe and suitable for you

There is never any obligation to proceed with treatment following consultation. Full aftercare advice and support are provided after treatment, and patients are encouraged to contact the clinic with any concerns or questions. Your safety and wellbeing remain the priority at all times.
